How it works
Permanent numbers are awarded to runners on completing their third race. These need not have been completed consecutively.

A permanent number does not confer any privileges on the holder. It does have the effect of recording the holder in the annals of the race.

A permanent number will not automatically qualify the holder to run in future races.

Other race number colours
Red
Identifies runners doing their third run, and in line to receive their Snowflake permanent number if they complete the run within the time frame.
White
Identifies novices and those running their second Rhodes Run.
