Those unable to stay in Rhodes should note that high speed travelling is not possible on the dirt roads. Entrants must give themselves adequate time to reach the start.
Fuel warning
There is no service station in Rhodes. You are advised to fill your vehicle’s fuel tank before starting your last leg to Rhodes. Barkly East, Khowa, Maclear and Mount Fletcher all have fuel.
